Severe H1N1 Disease: Preventing Cases, Reducing Mortality

Meeting Proceedings

We are pleased to be able to provide a link to the proceedings of "Severe H1N1 Disease: Preventing Cases, Reducing Mortality", the conference that took place in Winnipeg on September 2nd and 3rd.

The proceedings provide a summary of observations and discussions at the conference; they also identify issues to be addressed in preparation for future waves of Pandemic (H1N1) 2009 flu virus. 

In the weeks since the meeting, national and international critical care and public health officials have been actively addressing issues identified during the course of the meeting.

The Public Health Agency of Canada would like to thank both the participants and speakers for attending the meeting and sharing their guidance and experience.
